Helping hands support
If you are a DHL UK&I employee or DHL pensioner experiencing significant financial hardship, you may be eligible for support through the Helping Hands programme.
The programme is only able to support applicants who can demonstrate that they are in financial hardship and are struggling to meet their monthly payments.
Please ensure that you have read our FAQ’s below before applying. If you are still unsure whether you are eligible to apply or have any further questions regarding the programme, please email helpinghands@dhl.com.
Please note that applications are currently taking between 4-6 weeks to complete due to receiving high volumes.

What is Helping Hands?Helping Hands is a benevolent fund run by the Foundation to help DHL colleagues and pensioners in need. Applications are welcome from colleagues across all of the DHL business in the UK, and all support is provided in the strictest confidence.
