Sonia joined the Foundation as Director in March 2014 and is responsible for strategic direction and leading the team. Sonia has a background in developing and managing corporate community investment programmes and has worked with companies including Mondelez International, Cadbury, Vodafone, and GAME Group as well as a number of national and local charities.

Andy websiteAndy Button-Stephens, Senior Programme Manager

Andy joined the team in 2014 and is responsible for partnerships including Teach First, Greenwood Academies, City Year and The University of Edinburgh. Andy is experienced in building and delivering corporate charity partnerships, having previously worked for three leading UK charities – Teenage Cancer Trust, NSPCC, Fairbridge and The Prince’s Trust.

Nicky DonovanNicky Donovan, Programme Manager

Nicky joined the team in 2007 and is the Programme Manager for long term partnership with The Outward Bound Trust and also oversees Trucks & Child Safety, Transform It! and Match It! programmes. Nicky previously worked for DHL Global Forwarding for 17 years.

 

Harry Wade, Programme Manager

Harry joined the team in May 2017 and is responsible for delivering on the Education and Employability partnerships with Think Logistics and Street League. Harry comes with experience in Corporate Partnerships having won new partners and successfully managed multimillion pound Corporate Partnerships. Prior to that Harry worked in the corporate sector, providing a strong background in understanding corporate partner relationships.  Harry previously worked for – RSPB, MacMillan Cancer Support as well as Centrica.

Jen joined the team in 2015 as the Foundation Manager. She is responsible for ensuring the Foundation’s Finances are in order and supporting Sonia with governance and administration. She worked in DHL Trade-team for 10 years and moved across into DHL Supply Chain in 2012 as a Finance Manager.

Karen Tatham, Foundation Manager

Karen joined the team in January 2016.  She is responsible for the Helping Hands programme and the organisation of the Trustee Board, Operations Committee and team meetings. As well as looking after the Trustees, Karen supports Sonia with the governance and administration of the Foundation. Karen previously worked as an Executive Assistant for over 30 years for various private sector companies including Oracle and in the public sector for the Judicial Appointments Commission.
